Happy MOTHER's Day! (:
Dont forget to show our mothers how much we Love them through actions!
And lets not only Love them through actions for a day, but also Love them always! (:

*Note! This week, friday 14 may 10, timothy commitee members will be having a retreat at botanical gardens. It would be from 6pm to about 7.15pm. We would be having some quiet time in the peaceful surroundings, and also will meditate on some bible verses(:

Prayer requests -
Jemima is currently rushing to finish a research project due this wednesday. Please keep her in prayer. Pray for her to be focused in doing the project and not be distracted. And pray for God to be with her through this tough time!
Jacqueline and Donald 's parents are currently out of town. Pray for donald and jacqueline to be able to take care of themselves during this period and also pray for their parents to come back to singapore safely on tuesday, may 11 (:
Prayer is effective:
"Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus" (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18).
The Teachings of Jesus:
"'Have faith in God,' Jesus answered. 'I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, "Go, throw yourself into the sea," and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins'" (Mark 11:22-25).
